Saumya: Tell us a little about your brand and the range of products that you offer?

Vidhu: CloudConnect is a business telecom provider offering an entirely operated and managed cloud-based mobile-first platform that is remarkably feature-rich, flexible and easy to use. The service includes virtual mobile and fixed-line, full EPABX feature-rich telephony, secure instant messaging, multi-file attachment, video conferencing, audio conferencing, remote collaboration, and other and contact centre solutions, ensuring better productivity & business continuity.

Saumya: After the COVID, Video Conferencing, the need for Remote Work has seen a boom;
please emphasize how we can make the best and most efficient use of some of the
workflows?

Vidhu: With many organizations making adjustments in times of need, the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for digital implementations in the workplace. Even though the market for digital transformation is expected to grow from $300 billion this year to $490 billion by 2025, demand remains. Businesses nowadays need to be adaptable, robust, and flexible. Organizations continuously need to scale up, scale down, rethink business models, and fine-tune their go-to- market strategy in a volatile and complicated business environment. Adopting a dispersed cloud network, in which diverse applications are operated on different servers, is better for scalability and gives businesses more levels of resilience to deal with changing environments.

Saumya: How does Cloud Telephony and Communication account for the best communication within a team workflow compared to the nominal line-to-line telephonic
communication?

Vidhu: The key to hybrid working success is straightforward communication. Many options can and will help overcome the challenges of mixed working because business communication technology has improved significantly since fax machines and desk phones. The next step in developing the conventional desk phone is cloud-based business phone systems. VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) transforms commercial call-making while enabling a distributed team. Cloud-based VoIP tools and platforms are highly adaptable solutions that best support hybrid or remote working because they don’t require a wired landline connection. However, apart from making it possible for your employees, the flexibility of working from anywhere, at any time, is an improvement over outdated, rigid equipment.

Saumya: What sectors and cities have CloudConnect connected with their products or services, and which sector seems to have the most requirements for these solutions?

Vidhu: CloudConnect focuses on BSFI, ED-Tech, Logistics, and Healthcare/Health-Tech. Initially, we provided our services to Delhi/NCR and Bengaluru, but we aim to increase our to other cities as well.
The Ed-Tech sector seems to have the most requirements among all the verticals. It is also because of a pandemic that everything shifted to online. And Ed-Tech has seen a massive shift over these years.

Saumya: Is there any plan to expand aggressively into the global market? If so, then what all
countries are aimed at first?

Vidhu: We have seen a positive response in India, and we are all set to expand our boundaries to the UK and Asian countries. This will not only help us in growing but will increase our global presence.

Saumya: Are you planning to launch any new solutions? Please give us a little brief about the same?

Vidhu: Yes, our platform is planning to launch AI capabilities in the coming months. This will transform enterprises telephony business and help them grow even faster.

Saumya: CloudConnect has been seen to have tremendous growth in the past year; what are
some plans to keep this business growth intact?

Vidhu: To ensure our business growth remains intact, we would be expanding our services to other circles Like Mumbai and Ahmedabad to open the door for further development and expansion. Also, customer satisfaction/ customer experience remains our utmost priority, so we keep bringing new features and functionality to the platform and can customize it per the customers requirement.
