Jahnavi- What is the USP of TP Link? What are the promotion strategies and approaches to aim the audience in the market?

Bijoy- Stability and product enhancement with growing categories stays our most strongest USP till date. Consumer was always at the focus of all our strategies and we can claim that now consumer knows us as their go to brand for networking solutions for their homes of offices. Be it the roadshows or Digital marketing we try to always educate the consumer about our products which will in-turn bring the demand to the channel. In the Channel community we do promotional activities like dealer to dealer new product touch and feel experience, demo sessions for them to be duly informed of the new tech which TP-Link is bringing in the masses.


Jahnavi- Do you think social media can be considered as a tool for marketing? How are you, as a company focusing on the same?

Bijoy- Social media marketing is a powerful tool for businesses of all sizes to reach prospects and customers. It requires an evolving strategy with measurable goals to derive benefits like traffic diversion to your website, generate sales leads and customer base, with increase in brand awareness and brand recall. We work closely with social media platform and publish interactive content to educate and update our consumers about the latest products and technologies offered from our end.

Jahnavi- What all services are offered by TP Link and how do they benefit its customers?


Bijoy- TP-Link at its core is a networking brand which facilitates the hardware that bring the Internet to your home and helps to stay connected to the internet majorly through WiFi. With these comes the connected segments like the smart home which consists of the basic Surveillance IP camera, Smart Plugs, Smart doorbells, Smart Door locks etc which will all be under the TP-Link brand umbrella and one can have a connected home through TP-Link.

Jahnavi- What are your opinions on the tech market in the year end and future predictions for you as a company and for the market?

Bijoy- Tech is a never ending development story and now moving into the future TP-Link has been the first Company to Launch WiFi 7 which gives us more power to be connected to the internet and be able to do more within the internet and intranet space. With Smart being the next big thing, the base of smart will be the Internet / Intranet and this is where we are strong at, With newer segments like the Surveillance brand TP-Link VIGI and the home automation segment developing fast for us the market is going to be huge in the near future with India also taking a leap of advancement in tech faster than the other countries of the world.

Jahnavi- Has the digital marketing been a vital way to achieve the general brand objectives? Also, what strategies help you reach the directed audience?

Bijoy- Digital marketing includes search engines, social media, email, and other websites to connect with current and prospective customers. This also includes communication through text or multimedia messages making it easier for brands to connect with consumers. Digital marketing has so many possibilities, you can get creative and experiment with a variety of marketing strategies, that helps you reach a larger and target the prospects who are most likely to buy your product or service more cost-effectively and enables you to direct them to the final purchase point while being online.
