Whatsapp has released a new feature which will help users to keep their privacy on check. The new update of instant messaging app has brought a new way to hide your profile picture, status updates and other information from other people. The new update has added more control on whom you want to see the information. Mainly you have to choose between showing your profile pictures, last seen details and status updates to everyone, some contacts or no-one at all. The new update has added a new feature which is “my contacts except” option. From this new update users can now set their profile picture, last seen and status updates to show all of the contacts except few selected ones who will not be able to see their information. Whatsapp has a total of four options in privacy settings control that is everyone, my contacts, my contacts except and nobody.
