VPower Group Begins Operation of 38.8MW Power Stations in Sri Lanka.

VPower Group International Holdings Limited (“VPower Group”) is a top DPG station owner and operator based in Asia. Today it announced  about strengthening it’s marketing presence in Sri Lanka with two power stations and they will commence commercial operation soon.

It is located in Galle and Pallekele of Sri Lanka. The two power stations built on a fast-track basis have a total installed capacity of 38.8MW. They are connected to the national grid via respective regional substations.

Sri Lanka is putting constant efforts to increase its generation capacity so that it can meet the growing electricity demand. VPower Group eagerly wants to provide the country with reliable distributed power solutions. With it’s entry in 209, VPower Group has established a project portfolio of total capacity reaching 100MW locally.
