Vertu Launches Its Refreshed Signature Touch With High-End Specs

Vertu, manufacturer of luxury mobile phones unveiled the latest iteration of its Signature Touch smartphone. The Vertuphone which is an upgrade over the existing Signature model is priced starting Rs. 6.5 lakhs to Rs. 13.8 lakhs depending on the type of leather. Sporting colourful fine leather and grade 5 titanium, the device is available in Jet Calf, Garnet Calf, Grape Lizard, Pure Jet Lizard, Jet Alligator, Pure Navy Alligator, Clous de Paris Alligator, and Pure Jet Red Gold variants.

At such a whopping price tag, Vertu’s latest phone sports a 13.20cm (5.2-inch) LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, protected by a 5th Generation sapphire crystal screen.

Powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM, the device comes with 64GB of internal storage with expandability to 2TB more via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features a robust 21MP rear camera PDAF and dual tone LED flash and support for 4K video recording besides a 2.1MP front-facing camera for capturing selfies.
