Training is imparted by our training division “eresource Academy”. eresource academy has developed program dedicated to training users in every aspect of the Integrated ERP software system. Its exclusive ERP training course gives an opportunity to the users of ERP systems and other IT professionals to get acquainted with ERP software. IT Voice)  How are you aligning your channel roadmap to target new customer segment?

Mr. Nair) Currently, we have about 80-90 channel partners wherein eight are about affiliate partners while the rest are referral partners.

These partners purely work on the sales aspect of the business while affiliate partners have more engagement. But the entire implementation and post deployment activities and responsibilities are on us. The reason is that we are a relatively young company and we engage with our customers at great lengths to understand their requirement and then accordingly package the solution and deploy it. This has resulted in zero failure rates although there have been delays at time but no failures till date. We know what is best for the solution but then now we are slowly growing and many avenues are opening up. We are now considering taking it to the next level. Our partners have always shown interest towards taking out our solutions for deployment too. By next year, we want to be ready with our partners to carry out our deployments. Also, we are going to come out with the new version of our solutions called ExV2.” The company is looking at appointing partners in each geographic region with more than one in certain locations and in total appoints about 30 channel partners. This will allow us to scale up.

IT Voice) What are the engines of growth for eresource Infotech?

Mr. Nair) Quality product, intelligent marketing, dedicated employees and sheer hard work – all these elements contributed equally to the success of eresource ERP and that is Growth driver for eresource Infotech.

IT Voice) What are the growth drivers for this industry? What are the current trends here?

Mr. Nair) SaaS ERP will grow for small and mid-market. I predict SaaS integrated modules will grow tremendously for all ERP’s and companies of all sizes. Industry specific ERP as SAAS and Cloud will capture market share in 2013. Saas and Cloud in my opinion would be the two big growth drivers.

The SME market has tremendous scope for ERP solutions. It is the SME segment that will fuel future growth if ERP players put in efforts to educate them. Among SMEs, the awareness level of ERP is the highest in the services segment.  According to National Association of Software Services Companies (Nasscom), only a small fraction of the market has been exploited by the ERP solutions providers. “ERP penetration is still limited to only top 200 companies of the total of over 6 lakh companies. There is immense opportunity for the ERP players and they must concentrate on mid-sized and small-sized companies, according to the Nasscom. Following this trend, eresource has consciously taken a decision to target the SMEs. “As most of the large companies have already implemented ERP solutions, we decided to focus on SMEs.

IT Voice)  Indian SMBs IT spending is growing at 17% yoy.How do you plan to encash this market?

Mr. Nair) According to Gartner, Inc “Indian Manufacturers and natural resources companies will spend Rs. 40,800 crore on Enterprise services in 2013, an increase of 9.1 per cent over 2012 revenue of Rs. 37,400 crore. Given known this fact, we also know that there  are many small and medium sized companies in India that cannot afford to implement a conventional ERP system, which demands a huge capital investment. Taking this matter into account and overcome this hurdle, eresource has introduced an innovative plan which will enable every organizations, irrespective of their size or budget, to implement an ERP system. The prime objective of this SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model is to provide the client ONLY what they required instead of burdening them with the full package.

Enchashing the market would not be the right term, though. We have categorized our products into three packages. These are eresource ERP-Lite, eresource ERP-Pro, eresource ERP-Enterprises. These models are available out of the shelf.
