Domestic lighting company, Surya Roshni has entered into a strategic alliance with e-commerce major Snapdeal in a bid to increase its market share of LED bulbs business.
This tie-up initiates a disruptive trend in energy conservation by making LED bulbs affordable and within the reach of millions of people in tier II and III cities.
Surya’s eco-friendly and energy saving LED bulbs will be available for sale on the e-commerce website from January 2016, a company statement said. This alliance reflects the thrust the group places on ‘social causes’ and sale of environment-friendly products.
