LG launches entry-level smartphone Fortune in the US

LG has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of a new budget smartphone in the US. Dubbed Fortune, the handset is available at a price of $89.99.
In terms of specifications, the LG Fortune has a 5-inch FWGA display and is powered 1.1GHz quad-core processor. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow+ operating system, the device offers 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It also supports microSD cards of up to 32GB in size.
The Fortune has a 5MP rear camera (with LED flash), and a 5MP selfie-snapper. Backed by a 2,500mAh battery, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as major connectivity options.
Last month, LG launched its K10 (2017) smartphone in India. Priced at Rs 13,990, the K10 (2017) features a 5.3-inch HD resolution display. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and comes with USB OTG support.
LG K10 (2017) is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It is available in two storage variants – 16GB and 32GB, with support for microSD cards of up to 2TB in size. The handset is powered by a 2,800mAh battery.
For imaging duties, the K10 (2017) has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a wide-angle 5MP selfie shooter. There’s also an ‘auto shot’ feature, which captures images by sensing the way a user poses for the camera.
