Vikas Gupta- What are the Intelliverse’s plans for 2013?
V.R. Kirubakaran – Intelliverse is continuously working towards innovations in technology and progressing towards the next architecture of cloud communications that can support the growing demands of technology environment since we see an exponential growth in the cloud telephony space here.
We have teamed up with AVer, a global provider of Video Conferencing Solutions as National Distributor to offer its complete range of VC solution at very cost-effective price points through our partners spread across the country. AVer’s industry leading 3-years standard warranty and incredible price-to-performance along with a distinctly appealing HD video conferencing solution offers unique benefits to Enterprises and SMEs.
We are also working towards empowering our channel partners and see what can be done more to add value to their portfolio; and also ensure customized and specific solutions made to suit the customer’s infrastructure needs. We are expanding our team and actively working on creating brand visibility of Intelliverse through road shows and seminars and showcase our portfolio and solutions at the same time position Intelliverse’s portfolio to address the communications requirements of enterprises across all industry verticals.
Vikas Gupta- What is your present focus of operations in India?
V.R. Kirubakaran- We are keen to address enterprise communications networks that are intelligent and optimized for today’s requirements. We are focussing on ensuring a robust technology solution that is viable and suits the customers’ demands. Our wide range of solutions addresses all areas of business communications; including Cloud Telephony Solutions, Social media management, Contact centers and lead qualification. Intelliverse has been delivering reliable, scalable and flexible services for close to three decades.
To address the Contact Centre solutions market Intelliverse’s cloud communications platform integrates IVR, ACD, and Cloud telephony into one solution resulting in a value-driven solution that performs like a custom communications package. Our highly scalable and standards based technology platform allows easy integration with other applications and services.
We are working on communication technologies that can deliver new service models while fostering business innovation and quick Return on Investments.
Vikas Gupta- How are you aligning your channel roadmap to target new customer segment?
V.R. Kirubakaran- Intelliverse is committed to its partners and therefore our idea is to create an ecosystem to help channel partners engage with us along with their core competencies right from demand generation to execution and support. We are expanding our partner programmes and ready to provide partners with necessary technical training. Our partner programme offers partners, training and education that is needed to target their existing customers as well new customer and subsequently transform their customer’s communications environments into a robust & converged infrastructure.
Vikas Gupta- Keeping the various consumer verticals in mind, are you bringing any new product in the current and forthcoming quarters?
V.R. Kirubakaran- In the area of Cloud Telephony we are constantly innovating to facilitate better customer experiences. In today’s globalised economy and increased demand of communications networks the IT teams are constantly working to make communications network available anytime, anywhere on a wide variety of devices that are secure and reliable. Our strength lies in our ability to understand the market requirement and work towards bringing the required solutions closer to premises. The verticals we will be targeting are: SMEs across all segments, IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail and Hospitality.
Vikas Gupta- What is your growth strategy here? What are the engines of growth for Intelliverse in India?
V.R. Kirubakaran- As enterprises are looking at upgrading and scaling their communications infrastructure, we are bullish since the cloud communications market in India is poised for strong growth in the coming years. Enterprises across all verticals mainly BFSI, Manufacturing and large infrastructure deployments in SMBs along with Government’s increased focus on IT spending will be strongly driving Cloud Communications in the coming days. We are keen on working with right set of partners who are aggressive, willing to offer integrated solutions, understand the specific requirement of the customers and offer them the right set of solutions.
