Vikas Gupta- What is Eurotech’s biggest agenda for its India operations?
Mr. Anuj Jain – With the right set of partners and our ongoing SME and enterprise focus we are addressing a large customer base. In a market that is fast evolving, it’s imperative that we continue building a strong set of product line that would help grow customers businesses. We have increased our enterprise sales and have further strengthened our product line with the latest additions in security and surveillance portfolio.
Vikas Gupta- What kind of market verticals are you targeting to further push success for Eurotech in India?
Mr. Anuj Jain– IT infrastructure deployments are witnessing unprecedented expansion and there is an increased demand for networking infrastructure and surveillance products in India. We are an established player and have been servicing key verticals like: IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, PSUs, Retail, Hospitality and so on. Our solutions cater to enterprises of all sizes.
With several prestigious and large projects executed by us in the last fiscal, we are confident of bagging more orders, and cracking large accounts in the BFSI, ITeS, Hospitality and Education sectors. Moving forward our plan is to roll out vertical-specific solutions to provide customers the best and quick RoI.
Vikas Gupta- What is the prime focus of Eurotech today? What are some of the top priorities for the Company?
Mr. Anuj Jain– Organizations look at partners who have a strong understanding of how technology can help customer’s business to grow, they are investing in networking infrastructure that can deliver effective & reliable services and eventually transform their business operations.
We are witnessing that the infrastructure is becoming more complex and intensive with multiple enterprise applications and data explosion. We understand that we have to go beyond traditional offerings and become a network companion for our customer. As a solution provider we are expanding our portfolio and have added BestNet Chassis for Surveillance Cameras to our existing product line that allows us to offer complete connectivity solution for CCTV surveillance application needs of our customers.
we are analyzing, evaluating and working closely with our partners, at the same time empowering them to address the SMB and mid market customers and be a single point provider of end-to-end solutions.

Mr. Anuj Jain- As the rate of data continues to increase, organizations are implementing operational and competitive intelligence to gain clarity & insights. The market continues to reflect increased networking technology demands, driving organizations to invest in technologies that not only provide them with competitive advantage but also create a scalable, efficient and effective network infrastructure.

A major contributor to our success is our established and expanding network of global distribution and delivery channels connected by state of the art data technology and a dedicated & highly technically qualified work force for quick and efficient implementation. The company’s aim in the future is to develop strong processes and add innovative and compelling solutions for its enterprise customers.
Vikas Gupta- What is the strategy of the company to motivate its channel partners? Any schemes, promotions and incentives that you would want to share with the channel in particular?
Mr. Anuj Jain- Our channel strategy provides clear direction to our partners; encourages and equips them to win in mature and emerging markets. Along with this, partner profitability is important to us. We constantly evaluate market opportunities and alert our channel partners to focus and setup effective and winning strategies.
Vikas Gupta- The SMB segment is emerging as a fast growing segment. How do you plan to tap the market?
Mr. Anuj Jain- SMB clients in emerging markets are open to adapt latest technology environments and are aware of network solutions that can bring in business and operational efficiency. In addition to our existing portfolio we are also focussing on security, virtualization and collaboration solutions to help SMEs embrace IT and scale-up with ease.
Vikas Gupta- Most SMBs find hurdles in IT adaptation due to cost and technology issues. Does Eurotech offer customized products for SMBs?
