In a major milestone at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Union Minister for Electronics and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, unveiled the New Delhi Frontier AI Commitments. The announcement was marked by a high-profile gathering at Bharat Mandapam, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi was joined by global industry leaders including Sundar Pichai (Google), Sam Altman (OpenAI), Dario Amodei (Anthropic), and Alexandr Wang.
