ZOTAC Introduces ZOTAC DIRECT App in India to Simplify Warranty Registration and Reward Resellers

ZOTAC has launched a new mobile app, ZOTAC DIRECT, exclusively in India. This app, a first in the company’s history, aims to reward retailers for selling ZOTAC products and streamline the warranty registration process, ensuring that more users can benefit from ZOTAC’s extended warranty coverage. The app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Mr. Maciej Wieczorek, Marketing Director of EMEAI at ZOTAC TECHNOLOGY, stated, “With ZOTAC‘s significant presence and large customer base in India, we believe this market is ideal for introducing ZOTAC DIRECT. This launch can lead to more effective and beneficial relationships between ZOTAC and our global retailers, ultimately benefiting the end users.”

Indian hardware resellers can easily register on the app and start earning rewards by selling ZOTAC products. Each sale accrues points that can be redeemed for rewards within the app. This program is designed to boost sales of ZOTAC products in India and make them more accessible to PC gaming enthusiasts.

The app also simplifies the warranty registration process, allowing retailers to register products and claim extended warranties immediately after purchase. This provides users with easy access to ZOTAC’s comprehensive warranty coverage.

Moreover, the ZOTAC DIRECT app offers retailers and distributors a centralized platform to stay updated on the latest ZOTAC products and download marketing materials for sales campaigns and other promotional activities.

ZOTAC INDIA plans to introduce a series of promotions and add new features to the app in the coming days to further enhance its value for both resellers and users. The app is now available for download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
