Full-res photo and video backup now available worldwide for Windows Phone 8
The developer for Windows phone camera and photos have announced users from now on will be able to save full-resolution photos and video to cloud from anywhere on the globe.
Earlier this feature was available only to a handful of users in limited areas, and the possibilty of a full roll out wasn’t yet on the cards.
The feature will from now on will be available to within the the next few days to everyone using Windows Phone 8 and can be accessed in Photo settings. Users will now see six options instead of just two in the Windows Phone 8 device photo app.
Windows Phone 8 users will be able to upload images as well as videos in immaculate quality and sizes in the sky drive storage. A WiFi connectivity will be required to upload the videos and photos.
Developers at the Windows 8 team said they deliberately were patient so as to provide a quality experience to users.The full rollout is expected to begin today.
