In an exclusive interview with ITVoice, Mr. Arvind Didwania, Director, Solution Enterprises, reveals his strategies for business in India.
ITVoice Media )- What are your growth strategies for more profitable business?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- Ant My ERP is designed for a Specific industry like IT, OA, AV, Securities, Power, Medical, Telecom, etc. means any business who deals in above product for Sales, Service, Rental and MPS. Due to our laser focus we reap the benefit of more referral business from the same community and hence increase the profitability. Hence our core focus is User Experience so that we get more referral and more enquiries for Partners.
ITVoice Media )- How is Solution Enterprises looking at its Indian operations? What are the topmost priorities here?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- We believe that India will grow very big in the next 2-3 years and we will have a huge market for Ant My ERP. We want to reap the benefits of India’s Growth and hence we decided this year we will focus on Technology and User Experience through our “Partner’s development program”.
ITVoice Media )- What is the challenge that Indian market is offering?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- Many SME’s are still not equipped to vision on single software to manage the business. SME’s want software to change as per their current and manual process instead of changing their process for betterment Though it’s a challenge as well as an opportunity for us.
ITVoice Media )- Which are the key technologies that are ruling the printing industry today?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- The Printing Industry has a huge opportunity to automate their business and reduce their cost by 30%- 50%. Simple example, most of the MPS dealers collect the counter manually and also make the invoice manually. They are not realizing that they are spending huge amounts of money and time on this. A small step can automate their entire MPS business process.
ITVoice Media )- As part of Solution Enterprises capacity expansion plans, what will be the strategy over the next few years?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )-
2021- We will focus on Technology, User Experience and Partner building
2022- We focus on Expansion and Collaboration for acquiring customers in a focused industry and the location
2023 – We will focus on aggressive market expansion all over the country, all over verticals
ITVoice Media )- How are you aligning your channel roadmap to target new customer segments?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- We have a dedicated team to manage the Partners. We want to drive the entire business via Partners ONLY in the coming future. We are looking for Sales Partners across India
ITVoice Media )- Which are the other new products the Solution Enterprises is planning to launch in India?
Mr. Arvind Didwania )- We will be launching these independent modules apart from our core Ant My ERP very soon. Field Service Management Software – Call logging to call closer via Google map and mobile apps., AMC, Spares, Defective returns, RMA process, etc. Sales CRM – Lead, Goal, Mapped Account, Proposal, Contract, Sales Order, Sales Team Performance, etc. Human Resources – Attendance, Leave, Pay slip, etc. Fixed Assets Management along with Vendor Performance and Service Expense Management. We will also be launching Ant My ERP entire software free for the team of 5 users for the lifetime
