In an exclusive interview with ITVoice, Mr. Rajesh Goenka, Director, Sales & Marketing, RP tech India, reveals his strategies for business in India.

ITVoice Media :-  What have been the growth drivers for Rashi in the past couple of years?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:-  30+ years of strong industry presence, a wide and strong partner connect and a comprehensive portfolio of latest technology solutions have been critical growth drivers of a consistent double digit growth of RP tech India. We always have been ahead in implementing innovative and industry-first marketing campaigns, which has helped us to climb the ladder of success over the years. We will continue to innovate and offer value added support to our channel partners and brands to ensure an inclusive growth of the entire ecosystem.

ITVoice Media :-  What are Rashi’s focus areas in India in terms of the markets, industries and verticals that will help you maximize the potential?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka: – Expansion and diversification are the two key factors of any successful business. We will continue to expand our solutions portfolio and partner reach across the country. Apart from the conventional distribution business, we are bullish over the enterprise space. We are also exploring growth opportunities in other industry verticals for a long term sustainable business.

ITVoice Media :-  What is RPTech roadmap for 2021-22?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:- We will continue to focus on the existing business lines and  tap unexplored business verticals and markets.

ITVoice Media :-  Could you at least tell us what kind of companies have approached you till now?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:- RP tech India is a prominent partner of all the major global technology brands. We are partnered with 25+ brands and offer various solutions in the consumer and enterprise space. We are the exclusive distributor of brands such as Colorful and ECS in India and we offer end-to-end market development support to our brands.

ITVoice Media :-  Currently, which product segments of Rashi Peripherals are doing well in the market and which you are focusing for the current quarter?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:- We have a very strong market positioning in Component, Peripherals, PCD and Networking segments. We have also witnessed a decent growth in the enterprise vertical. We will focus on maintaining the consistent growth across the business verticals.

ITVoice Media :-  What are some of the points where Rashi Peripherals products score over the competing forces in India?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:-  RP tech India is known in the industry for its robust value added support. We have the wide network of 50 branches and 50 Service centers spread across India. We have a direct presence in 750+ towns/cities and our logistical arm is capable of reaching to the last miles of customers. I think these are our strong points, which differentiates us from the rest of the competition.

ITVoice Media :-  What kind of strategy have you planned to position RPtech product successfully in the market?

Mr. Rajesh Goenka:- We will emphasis on partners’ engagement through various mediums. We have been running various rebate/ incentive programs to help channel partners kickstart their business. Our past initiatives Green Zone, Orange Zone offers and WFH/LFH campaigns were highly successful. We are closely monitoring the current pandemic crisis and we hope the situation will improve soon.
