Videocon VT85C 3G voice-calling tablet launched for Rs. 8,999

Videocon VT85C 1Videocon has added a 7-inch tablet to its portfolio, the VT85C. The tablet has a 7-inch display and is priced at Rs. 8,999. The tablet showcases the ability to house a SIM card for not only 3G data but voice calling as well.

Coming to the specifications of the tablet, the 7-inch display has a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. The device has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The rear of the tablet has a 5MP camera and the front has a VGA video-calling camera. The tablet has 4GB built-in storage of which 1.3GB is user available and the storage can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.

The Videocon VT85C runs on Android 4.2 Jelly bean and a 3000mAh battery powers the entire package. The tablet comes preloaded with a bunch of apps such as Facebook, Opera Mini, VStore for browsing and downloading apps along with Hungama for music.The Videocon VT85C is an upgrade to the Videocon VT75C we saw launch a while back.
