On this event Dr. Stallman tells that Licence free or open source software respects freedom but at least it does not related with the price .Meaning of free software is not that you can use it without any Pay but you can use it with freedom. Freedom Means you can control it because if you does not use your program free than you have restricted to use your computer.
This freedom makes us capable to see this personally that what the program really does and what have to change and what you really want to do. If you have not any freedom then you have no any way to control about what your computer do and about program.
They also tell that patent software really not related with free software. Patent software is a danger that effects all program and computer user.
Free software and your freedom:
The software running in most computers is non-free, proprietary software: controlled by software companies, not by its users. Users can’t check what these programs do, nor prevent them from doing what they don’t want. Most people accept this because they have seen no other way, but it is simply wrong to give developers power over the users’ computer.
Free software respects users freedom and the community that means that software In roughly it is a freedom to change and improve, Study, copy, distribute and to run the software for users. Free software is a matter of liberty, not price thus.

Free and open-source software: FOSS is computer software that can be classified as both free software and open source software. That is, anyone is freely licensed to use, copy, study, and change the software in any way, and the source code is openly shared so that people are encouraged to voluntarily improve the design of the software. This is in contrast to proprietary software, where the software is under restrictive copyright and the source code is usually hidden from the users.
President of RITO Mr. Tarun taunk says that free software benefits part of society who is not capable to purchase propriety software and whom does not require high technology software.
They said that by using free software user does not feel to upgrade to your computer. He also says that both software has his requirement use that software which is require.
Ashok Jain (Labour court Judge, Master Trainer Ubantu-Linux Project Court) says that
In Rajasthan open source laptop and training have been given to all Judge .By this change large amount of profit has occur.
Anand Tater says that In free software some software are of this type so that you can done your work on low end computer. By this decrease your capex and E-work will generate less .It is beneficial for future
G.T. Rao says that they are working with RITO and FOSS YATRA since 20 months in organization, college, Schools In college and their student showing their interest in this. He will be doing this work countinously.
RITO provide knowledge about free software by organizing workshop since 20 months in organization, college, Schools.
This work and this kind of awareness will be done in schools and colleges so that new enegery and trade are given for computer trade person.

About Richard Matthew Stallman:
Richard Matthew Stallman: born March 16, 1953 often known by his initials, RMS , is a software freedom activist and computer programmer. He campaigns for software to be distributed in a manner such that its users receive the freedoms to use, study, distribute and modify that software. Software that ensures these freedoms (on receipt) is termed free software. He is best known for launching the GNU Project, founding the Free Software Foundation, developing the GNU Compiler Collection and GNU EMACS, and writing the GNU General Public License.
Dr. Stallman launched the GNU Project in September 1983 to create a Unix-like computer operating system composed entirely of free software. With this, he also launched the free software movement.
He has been the GNU project’s lead architect and organizer, and developed a number of pieces of widely used GNU software including, among others, the GNU Compiler Collection, the GNU Debugger and the GNU EMACS text editor. In October 1985he founded the Free Software Foundation.
Since the mid-1990s, Stallman has spent most of his time advocating for free software, as well as campaigning against software patents, digital rights management, and other legal and technical systems which he sees as taking away users’ freedoms, including software license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, activation keys, dongles, copy restriction, proprietary formats and binary executables without source code.
Dr. Stallman was placed in front of the logo of the idea of copy left .That uses same principle of copyright to allows the freedom to user to use the software, to modify the source code and to distribute the software and its source code.
As of 2012, he has received fourteen honorary doctorates and professorships
In august 2006 RMS has meet with kerla Goverment and from this in 12500 High Court propriety software removed by free software in computer. The work of Dr. Stallman has been appreciated in West Bengal and Kerla.
