In addition, customers in India will now be able to troubleshoot their devices by calling a new toll free 1800-102-0061 number — provided on the three year warranty sticker on the packaging of their device:

The technical support center will provide basic level one support and advanced level two support. Once level two support confirms that a replacement needs to be issued, customers will then be contacted by the nearest authorized service center and given instructions on the replacement procedure.
