The flat screen of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a size of 6.78 inches and its screen resolution has been disclosed

Consistent leaks have been revealing details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. In the latest leak, reputable tipster Ice Universe has unveiled the device’s screen size and resolution.

Reportedly, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will boast a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a Quad HD+ resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. Impressively, it will offer a maximum brightness of 2,500 nits. A mock render shared by the tipster gives a preview of the front design of the S24 Ultra.

In terms of performance, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to be available in two CPU variants: the Exynos 2400 and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, catering to different markets. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy is expected to feature a configuration comprising a 1 x Cortex-X4 prime core, 3x Cortex-A7XX performance cores clocked at 3.15GHz, 2 x Cortex-A7XX performance cores running at 2.96GHz, and 2 x Cortex-A5XX efficiency cores operating at 2.27GHz. This configuration is anticipated to contribute to the device’s overall impressive performance. Furthermore, potential buyers can anticipate various storage configurations, offering up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage capacities of up to 1 TB using UFS 4.0 technology.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to house a 5,000mAh battery with support for both 45W wired charging and 25W wireless charging capabilities. In terms of photography, it may sport a 12-megapixel front-facing camera, accompanied by a rear camera setup comprising a 200-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope zoom lens with 3x optical zoom.

The phone’s dimensions are expected to be around 162.3 x 79 x 8.6mm, weighing about 233 grams. This would present a slightly shorter and wider design compared to its predecessor, the S23 Ultra. Additionally, the device is speculated to feature an IP68-rated dust and water-resistant chassis for durability, along with a titanium alloy frame to enhance robustness.
