Aiosell is a fully automated revenue management system that uses AI to help to set & maintain optimal room rates in order to make strategic pricing decisions that drive maximum profits. Siddharth Goenka, CEO & Founder, Aiosell Technologies is a Computer Science Graduate from Purdue University, USA, an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a boarding school alumni from The Scindia School Gwalior. Here he has answered questions about the organization, technology, and the future of the company.

Prateek: What is your vision and mission in regard to your venture, AIOSELL?

Aiosell will help hospitality providers (hotels, & vacation rentals) around the world maximize their revenues and profits using integrated and automated systems while minimizing their efforts & costs

Prateek: What makes your company unique that should attract investors towards you?

Aiosell offers a unique SaaS software that has a huge market, limited competition, global relevance, and in-house expertise because Founders are customers of their own product.

Prateek: How are your product/services benefitting and befitting the society/customers/clients?

Our All in One System is helping hotels & accommodation providers increase business by automated pricing, and reducing their costs & headache to operate their hotels. We provide integrated systems that provide ERP, Automated Pricing, Distribution, Reputation Management, and Direct Booking technology for hotels that enable them to maximize profits.

Prateek: Give us an insight on or an approximate estimate of your going annual turnover? Also, what are your future plans?

Our current turnover (run-rate) is about USD 200k per year and is expected to grow to USD 1 million within one year.

Prateek: Tell us more about your team and the members.

We have a small team of 11 members. 60% of our team is the technology team, and the remaining are Support / Sales. We have merged the Sales and Support team because in a product as complex as ours unless you are confident about the product (using Support), you will not be an expert with Sales.

Prateek: Please share a piece of advice or message you would like to share with the readers or fellow entrepreneurs?

Trust your instincts, while faced with any hurdle/task. While there are many ‘best practices’ available from other successful entrepreneurs, the actual best practice for your company /startup is the one that seems best based on your context. Hence, it is always the best idea to trust your instincts when you are faced with any choices.
