Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Now Available In India For Rs. 51,400

Samsung has finally launched the much awaited Galaxy SamsungNote5 Dual SIM smartphone in India. This is the Dual SIM variant of the last year launched flagship device of the company Galaxy Note 5. The handset comes with dual nano SIM support.

The company has priced the 23GB variant for Rs 51,400, and it will be available in Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium color options. The manufacturer will soon roll out the 64GB version of the smartphone for Rs 57,400 soon. The device will be available for purchase on the official Samsung India e-store of the company.

Talking about the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 comes with a 5.7-inch QHD (1440x2560p) Super AMOLED screen that supports the company’s proprietary S Pen stylus. The phablet is powered by Samsung’s 64-bit Exynos octa-core (2.1GHz quad-core + 1.5GHz quad-core) processor, backed by 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. Samsung is likely to launch both 32GB and 64GB variants of the smartphone in the country; the handset does not support microSD cards.

The phones run Android 5.1 Lollipop with a new optimised version of Samsung’s TouchWiz UI layer. Samsung Galaxy Note5 sports a 16MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and a 5MP front-facing camera. The device packs a 3,000mAh battery that supports fast-charging on wireless as well as wired chargers.

In terms of connectivity, the latest Samsung phablet supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, MIMO(2×2), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, ANT+, microUSB 2.0, NFC, GPS/GLONASS, and 4G LTE Cat 9 / LTE Cat 6 (differs by market) options. It also has integrated fingerprint sensor and heart rate monitor.
