Samsung Announces Moto E Competitor: Galaxy Young 2

But Samsung has failed to launch quality products in low budget range of smartphones, which has led to Samsung’s failure in market share. Samsung has recently announced Galaxy Young 2 in low budget range. This device is Samsung’s direct answer to the Moto E. Moto E has gained lot of popularity in Indian market. Galaxy Young 2 is perfectly blended version of essential features and usability.

Galaxy Young 2 comes with 8.89-cm (3.5-inch) HVGA display (320x480p). The device is powered by 1.0GHz processor, coupled with 512MB RAM. It has 4GB internal memory and a memory card slot that can be expanded upto 32GB. The phone has 3MP rear camera, although it is missing out on a front facing camera as well as LED flash. The phone comes with Android KitKat OS coupled with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI out of the box. It is 11.8mm thick and weighs just 108 grams. The phone is fueled by 1,300mAh battery.

Galaxy Young 2 has 3G, WiFi, FM Radio, Bluetooth 4.0, TouchWiz Essense for connectivity. It is a Dual SIM phone. The phone will also come with bundled games for light gamers. The phone is expected to be launched in two different colors – white and irish charcoal. There is no confirmation about launch event of Galaxy Young 2.
