As it is rightly said that employees are the pillars of any successful organization, it is essential to provide them a growth conducive environment. A motivated workforce ensures long term sustainable growth of a company and the motivation comes from value-added employee engagement activities. RP tech India is one of those organizations that cherish strong employee relationships through various activities. The Company recently concluded “Tark Se Fark League” one of its kind virtual debate competition organized for all India Champions. Attended by 200+ participants, the debate competition was aimed at enhancing communication skills, critical thinking of Champions and build team spirit among them.
The much-anticipated League Matches, 4 Quarter Finals, 2 Semi-Finals and a Finale spanned over a month. Champions representing 50 branches contested with their peers on various critical business oriented topics. The league comprised three rounds: Round 1 – “I am the Best”; Round 2 “Will Make You Tough”; Round 3 “Finish him, CrossFire Round” and teams were divided into three major groups. Strict moderation from both internal and external judges ensured unbiased evaluation of all teams. In a fierce competition contested in March 13, Gujarat Warriors won over Delhi Bulls. Apart from that participants won exciting prizes and awards throughout the league.
Conceptualized by Mr. Rajesh Goenka, Director, Sales & Marketing, Tark Se Fark League was aimed at sharpening the communication/debating skills of Champions, understand their viewpoints on various critical business issues and encouraging healthy competition among team players. Highlighting the objective behind the Tark Se Fark League, Mr. Rajesh Goenka said:
“Champions are the backbone of RP tech India’s success. They possess immense knowledge about business, market and have a strong network in the industry. However, a lack of communications skills hampers their performance. Also, they have a limitation in knowledge sharing among peers due to geographical factors. Champions have lots of ideas/feedback but they do not always get a platform to express their views. Taking these points into consideration, we rolled out the Tark Se Fark League, the first of its kind virtual event in the industry. The league tested their intelligence, patience and knowledge as they faced the toughest conversations with fellow teammates. I am grateful to RP tech management, branch heads for their support and the organizing team for putting tremendous efforts in making this league a grand success.”
Apoorva Pandya, Team Lead of Gujarat Warriors said, “My stage fear has completely gone post the debate competition and all participants’ confidence has boosted 10x. The debate also helped us analysed whether our thoughts were aligned with the company vision. All participants and supporters of Gujarat Warriors worked very hard to reach in the finals and each one of them gave their 100 percent to the tournament. I am thankful to my branch head, RP tech management and our supporters for giving us this opportunity.”
Appreciating the debate competition, Mr. Shivratan Agarwal, Gujarat Branch Head at RP tech India said, “It was a fantastic initiative and was contested fiercely by all the teams. I congratulate the organizing team on their marvellous job. Each team worked very hard and showed excellent team spirit. The debate also helped them in expanding their perspectives. All are winners and all deserve appreciation.”

Every successful match boosted our confidence and we managed everything in the house. RP tech Quiz Master Junior
While RP tech India is committed to the overall development of its employees, the company also emphasizes empowering their families through various engagement activities. RP tech Quiz Master Junior is a perfect example of such initiatives. The initiative was focused on giving a platform to children of RP tech employees to showcase their hidden talent. Loaded with numerous fun activities, the RP tech Quiz Master Junior was a major hit among children and their parents.
Around 500 children participated in the virtual Quiz conducted from 4th Mar – 14th Mar’21 on the myquiz.org platform. The competition was divided into 5 groups: Pre – Primary; 1st to 3rd Std; 4th to 6th Std; 7th to 9th Std and 10th Std and above. 10 children won Lucky Draw and many others won exciting prices. The organizing team successfully managed the mammoth task of collating the data of all the kids of employees. The team took the help of Google form and tele-calling for collating and rechecking the data. The gifts were finalized considering the age groups and dispatched on-time to all the participants.
Commenting on the event, one of the participants Debapriya Das said, “It was a very well organized event. I thank the RP tech team for their great efforts.”
Both Tark Se Fark League and RP tech Quiz Master Junior witnessed huge response from participants. All lauded the RP tech team for the successful execution of both the competitions. In his concluding remarks, Mr. Goenka said, “The year 2020 was challenging for all of us but 2021 brings new hope and growth aspiration. The COVID-19 pandemic made us to value human relations and we at RP tech always focus on cherishing strong long term relationships. This is just a beginning and we are all set to roll out many other interesting and innovative employee engagement activities throughout the year.”
