Reliance JioPhone’s new plans: All you need to know

Reliance Jio’s much-hyped ultra-budget phone – JioPhone – has been finally launched in India. Called ‘India ka intelligent smartphone,’ the phone will be available for pre-booking from August 24. It’ll be made available on first-come-first-serve basis by September.
Just like the smartphones, Reliance Jio has announced numerous low-priced plans for the JioPhone. Here are all the plans that you can avail with the JioPhone:

Validity: 30 days
JioPhone runs on the company’s VoLTE network and comes pre-installed with a host of services like JioTV and JioCinema. The phone also has its own digital assistant, along with support for voice commands. It includes support for 24 Indian languages as well.
Reliance says that users can long press the ‘5’ key to directly call their near and dear ones. Furthermore, the company will be bringing NFC to Jio-branded phones later this year. The feature will arrive as part of a software update.
In terms of specifications, JioPhone comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display and feature an app store called KaiOS.
