Redington Restructures Leadership to Accelerate Growth in India and Middle East

In a move to sharpen regional focus and fuel its next phase of growth, Redington Limited—India’s leading integrated technology solutions provider and a Fortune India 500 company—has announced key changes to its senior leadership team, effective July 1, 2025.

Ramesh Natarajancurrently CEO of Redington India—has been elevated to the role of CEO – IME (India and Middle East). With nearly three decades at Redington, Ramesh has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s consumer and enterprise segments and establishing robust strategic partnerships. Based in Chennai, he will now oversee operations across both India and the Middle East, with a focus on enhancing synergies and driving regional growth.

At the same time, Rajat Vohra, who currently serves as Redington India’s Chief Sales Officer, has been appointed CEO – India. Rajat brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience from global giants like HP Inc., Samsung, Shell, and Newell Brands. Known for his strategic acumen and team-building expertise, he will now lead Redington’s India operations, aiming to boost innovation and responsiveness in a dynamic market environment.
