This month, Geonix proudly participated as a co-sponsor at MILAP, a mega industry event jointly organized by the Surat Computer Association (SCA) and Gujarat’s FITAG. Held on a grand scale, the event witnessed participation from more than 1000 attendees, including over 350 ICT business leaders who attended along with their spouses and children, making it a vibrant family-oriented gathering for the technology community. Geonix enjoyed significant talk-time and were well received by all Association members.
In partnership with its steadfast regional associate, Accrotech, Geonix showcased an expansive product display featuring its latest innovations across IT hardware, mobility solutions, and consumer electronics. The Geonix stall attracted significant attention throughout the event, providing partners and visitors an opportunity to experience the brand’s newest technologies and interact directly with the team.
Director of Accrotech, Shri Ramesh Bhai Lathiya, who is also a senior member of SCA, explained to reporters, “We are pleased that Geonix participated in Milap and we are product to be their Authorized Distributors in South Gujarat. Products are very good and come with long warranties. Geonix has a very wide range”.
This is part of a larger ongoing roadshow commenced by Geonix this year, to better bond with the ICT fraternity across the country, and showcase their wide range of products. Over 350 IT channel partners got a chance to see the latest products from Geonix, and gain knowledge about exciting new technologies. Featuring at the event was Geonix’s new Portable Monitors, ultra-modern mobility products, gaming cabinets, peripherals, lifestyle products and many others. Geonix announced that many more variants are expected soon, designed for the mid-to-upper tier segment.
The economy of South Gujarat is rapidly growing and is strongly anchored by Surat’s globally renowned diamond trade and textile industries. Industrial belts such as Hazira, Ankleshwar, and Vapi have attracted large-scale investments from major national and multinational companies. South Gujarat is India’s largest hub for man-made fabrics and synthetic textiles, with thousands of weaving, dyeing, printing and processing units operating across the region. Government-backed initiatives like the Surat Economic Development Plan 2047 and the G-HUB initiative are expected to further accelerate the region’s transformation into a globally competitive economic powerhouse. Geonix and its stalwart regional distributor Accrotech see this as the launching pad for their next phase of growth in the region and are strategically positioned to capture a significantly wider market share across South Gujarat.
FITAG Gujarat, officially known as the Federation of Information Technology Associations of Gujarat, is the apex body representing Gujarat’s IT channel ecosystem.
