Go IP (Global Services Pvt. Ltd) an integrated IT Solutions and Services Provider is in profit making since inception. They have pan India presence in 14 cities an international presence in Asia and US. Mr. Shiv Sharma, Director, Strategic & Alliance, speaks to ItVoice on the company’s partner’s plan & Marketing strategy for year 2014 in. Excerpts:
Q: What will be your growth strategy in India for this financial year?
Shiv: GoIP has 19 years of presence in market. Started as Box selling Company, now Go IP provides an end-to-end technology solutions and services within the Infrastructure domain to Telecom Operators, Service Providers, Government, Large and SME Customers. We have a suite of IT Infrastructure Management services managing all slivers of the infrastructure, including Desktop and Desk Side support, Network, Server, Database and mid-tier application monitoring and management. We will be introducing New Products line & Technologies this year.
Q: What new products is GO-IP planning to launch?
Shiv: We have just launched a Public Cloud Services offering (GO CLOUD) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) for CVAS Operators and Software as a Service (SaaS) to our customers. Also we have recently launched an open-source based (and at a very competitive pricing) SaaS offering for ERP, CRM, HRMIS and Project Management Services.
Q:What are your expansion plans? What’s there for partners?
Shiv: GO-IP will add more channel partners across India.We have a 600 plus channel partners across the country, who works with us closely on multiple products and technology sectors like networking, security, mobile VAS, wireless, Unified Communications, Server/Storage Virtualization, Managed services and Cloud computing.
We have added Huawei as our technology partner also associate with Syrotech for supply & distribution of Optical fiber modules We are an existing VAD for many reputed OEMs like Ubiquiti Networks, Huawei, Dialogic, RAD, Radwin, Sensage, TP-LINK, SYROTECH Optical Fiber Modules, TOTO LINK etc.
Q).From a sales standpoint, what are the best performing regions for GO-IP?
Shiv: Although all the cities are doing well in terms of business but ya Delhi/NCR is on top, rest is Mumabi & South is best performing regions for GOIP.
Q: Throw some light on Upcoming Marketing Strategy?
Shiv: We will be aggressively planning to launch campaigns on online media. We will be using different social media sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin etc. Also planning to do product launch for ‘Huawei’ for enterprise segment & Toto-link for segment.
Q: What is the big focus of GO-IP today? What are some of the top priorities for GO-IP in India?
Shiv: “An effective branding strategy gives organizations a major edge. At Go IP, the brand is a promise to the customers. It tells them what they can expect from our products and services and differentiates us from the competitors. Defining our brand is like a journey of business self-discovery. We continue to work on few aspects like: company’s mission, the benefits and features of our products and services and what customers and prospects think of us as a value added distributor.

Q:What is your growth strategy here? What are the engines of growth for GO-IP in India?
Shiv: Go IP aims to be the preferred IT partner of the customers and constantly deliver value through focus on fair play, innovation and efficiency. We keep doing constant research that involves learning the needs, habits and desires of our current and prospective customers.
