Nothing has officially confirmed that its first-ever smartphone will be manufactured in India

Nothing, London based consumer electronics company has announced on Monday that it’s first smartphone Phone(1) will be launched in India. The smartphone will be manufactured with the facility in Tamil Nadu. Manu Sharma, VP and GM of Nothing blissfully announced that the phone(1) will be manufactured locally. He said that Nothing phone(1) is a start of our journey and cannot think of a better idea of establishing in India. The phone will be sold out in Flipkart. The company is set to launch device having transparent design on July 21.  Carl Pei, CEO and Founder of the company tweeted that the phone will come with a wireless charger. It is a company’s first smartphone and the second device in the overall product of the brand which will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon mobile platform. The device will come with OS upgrade and four years of security updates.
