Lenovo P2 smartphone with 5,100 mAh battery launched, price starts at Rs 16,999

56442358Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo has launched its P2 smartphone in India. The company has launched two variants of the smartphone. The 3GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 16,999, while the 4GB RAM version comes with a price tag of Rs 17,999. The smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting tonight at 11.59 pm. The Lenovo P2 was first launched by the company at the IFA 2016 tradeshow along with the A Plus. P2 features a 5.5-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 processor paired with a 3GB/4GB RAM. It offers a 64GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.The smartphone flaunts a metal unibody and packs a 5,100mAh battery with fast charging facility. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies. On the connectivity front, it offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The company recently launched another mid-range smartphone, K6 Note, in India. The handset is available in two variants, one with a 3GB RAM that costs Rs 13,999, and another 4GB variant bearing a price tag of Rs 15,499. The K6 Note has a 5.5-inch Full-HD display and features 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The latter can be expanded further by using a microSD card. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and is topped with Lenovo’s Vibe UI. It has a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. The smartphone also has a 4,000mAh battery and comes equipped with Dolby Atmos for a better audio experience.
