Lenovo launched the Lenovo P2 with a 5,000 mAH battery and fast charging capabilities. The company says the device can give more than 18 hours of video playback on a single charge. The Lenovo P2 features a 5.5-inch Full High-Definition Super AMOLED display with TheaterMax technology. The device is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor (clocked at 2.0 GHz) coupled with up to 4GB of RAM, Adreno 506 GPU and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The hero feature of the device is the 5100mAh battery which Lenovo claims can last up to 3 days. It comes with a 24W rapid charger that provides up to 10 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes, according to Lenovo. The Lenovo P2 comes with a fingerprint scanner that can add up to 5 fingerprints which can be used to lock the phone and individual apps. The Lenovo P2 is also equipped with Dual App functionality wherein users can manage two different accounts in the same application. For example, users can setup two separate WhatsApp accounts, Hike or Google Play Store linked to the two SIMs . Coming to the camera, the device features a 13-megapixel rear Sony IMX258 camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The smartphone connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, support 4G LTE and VoLTE. The Lenovo P2 comes with 32GB built-in storage and expandable support up to 128GB microSD card and will be available in Champagne Gold and Graphite Grey colours. The 3GB+32GB model will cost Rs 16,999 while the 4GB+32GB variants is priced at Rs 17,999. The Lenovo P2 will go on sale only on Flipkart from midnight 11th Jan 2017.
