Krafton reveals international esports championship featuring 8 Indian teams

Krafton, the developer behind the popular mobile game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), is taking steps to establish a global esports presence in India. They have unveiled a new global esports championship known as the India-Korea Invitational. This esports tournament is scheduled to occur from October 26 to October 28 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. It will feature eight elite esports teams from India competing against top-rated esports teams from South Korea. The championship will encompass BGMI, Road To Valor: Empires, and other significant esports titles, offering winners a total prize pool of Rs 10,000,000.

The event will be open to the public, and registration details will be provided shortly. The prize distribution is as follows:
– BGMI Invitational: Rs 10,000,000
– RTV Empires: Rs 1,000,000
– Real Cricket 22: To Be Determined
– Cosplay: Rs 500,000

4. BLIND ESPORTS
5. GODS REIGN
6. MEDAL ESPORTS

4. Eagle Owls
5. MARU GAMING
6. DUKSAN ESPORTS
7. emTek StormX
8. ZZ

Notably, senior government officials from both India and Korea will be present to extend their support for this event.
