Responding to the confusion within the gaming community, KRAFTON India addressed the situation regarding users seeing a “download now” option on the website. The official statement clarified that the game is currently not available to play, as the servers have been shut down. The closed test track for BGMI is being updated, and users who opted for the public test before the game’s launch are expected to receive a message via email, directing them to the play store for downloading the game. However, users are reminded that the game will not be playable yet, as the servers are still offline. KRAFTON acknowledged a technical error causing some users who did not opt for the closed test to receive the same message and assured that they are working to resolve the issue.

The introduction of BGMI Tester indicates a forthcoming return of the game. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the exact release date, leading to varying statements from different sources. In a recent Instagram Q&A Live session, Kronten, the owner of GodLike Esports, mentioned that the game would return in four to five days, estimating dates around May 21 or 22. According to Kronten, players might witness the title’s return in the last week of May. Stay tuned for further updates on the BGMI Beta Version by following InsideSport.IN.
