Kaspersky Lab along with Comguard, National Distributor for enterprise products, successfully concluded an Enterprise End-customer and Partner Pitstop event last week at Hotel Hyatt, Ahmedabad, to explore business opportunities in one of India’s most industrialized states.

The Partner Pitstop was attended by over 40 Partners from across Gujarat, where both Kaspersky Lab and Comguard detailed out their GTM plans and provided an overview of the enterprise product suite that partners could evaluate to increase the scope of their offerings to end-customers.

In the Customer Pitstop, Kaspersky Lab took an initiative to educate its enterprise customers on the current security challenges faced by corporates in India, and advocated the need for IT managers to have a single management console to manage multiple threats from within and from outside the organization.

Mr. Altaf Halde, Managing Director, Kaspersky Lab, South Asia said, “Gujarat is a key market for us particularly in the B2B space as we have witnessed strong growth in the last couple years, and we will continue to invest resources along with our distributors into further building strong relationships with channel partners.”

“Kaspersky Lab’s proven enterprise security products, and Comguard’s decade-long expertise in distribution of security products and a solid partner network, will provide businesses with access to enterprise-class security with strong technical support. Our partnership will serve as an opportunity to provide both service and support to channel partners and customers,” said Mr. Harish Rai, Country Manager, Comguard.

Comguard has been associated as a distributor of Kaspersky corporate products in the Middle Ease since 2006 and have handled some of the largest government and commercial establishments as clients in the UAE. Leveraging on in-house technical support resources and strong channel network, Comguard has been recognised for its dedicated and sustained efforts to add value to its distribution role.
