According to the company, the browser is based on Chromium Blink which will offer an improved browsing experience via rapid engine migration, which is a best-in-class webpage version, faster loading a page, well-organized media streaming, Emoji domain support, and encoded connection.

Reliance Jio has also declared that the browser was theorized and intended entirely in the country, even though of course the fundamental Blink rendering engine was established with contributions from companies such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Opera Software, Adobe Systems, Intel, IBM, Samsung, and many others.

People will now be able to select a default search engine, and other than Google, other options including Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo, and the web browser comes with a dark mode theme which is new as compared to the rest of the other custom themes.

It too contains a browser feed, which is customized as per user’s language settings, also by their area and topic settings. JioPages will further send notifications on pages that are either imperative or based on the user’s interest.

A lot of this data will come in the form of cards for stock market trends, commodity prices, and cricket scores. They all can be clicked to get more thorough information.

The download manager which is present in the browser categorizes downloads, can help users to easily find downloaded photos, videos, documents, and other saved pages. Incognito mode has also gotten some changes, with a PIN feature that can be used as an access code to enter into incognito mode.
