HP Enhances Post-Sales Services for Smart Tank Printers

HP India has announced a major upgrade to its after-sales services for HP Smart Tank printers, aiming to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted customer experience. This upgrade is part of HP’s new “Consider it Done” campaign, which highlights their commitment to providing 24/7 support in 10 languages for the Smart Tank printer series.

Understanding the unique needs of businesses and individual customers, HP has revamped its customer service operations to address the linguistic diversity of Indian users. HP will now offer 12-hour, 7-day phone support in 10 languages, ensuring customers can receive help in their preferred language. Additionally, HP has introduced 24-hour, 7-day support via WhatsApp in 10 languages, providing a convenient way to get assistance at any time. The supported languages include English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, Telugu, Odia, Marathi, and Kannada. Customers can also log service requests for installation and repairs through the HP website, streamlining the support process.

Sunish Raghavan, Senior Director of Printing Systems at HP India, stated, “At HP, we understand the pride Indian businesses take in the trust their customers place in them. Printer breakdowns can significantly disrupt operations, so we are dedicated to offering comprehensive support to minimize downtime. Our revamped customer service and support for the Smart Tank printer range ensure that we are accessible to our customers 24/7. The ‘Consider it Done’ campaign connects with the ‘can-do’ attitude of business owners and gives them confidence that HP Smart Tank printers will never let them down.”

To emphasize the 24/7 customer support available for HP Smart Tank Printers, HP has launched a multi-film campaign targeting enterprise customers. The campaign features a business owner as the protagonist, showcasing their pride in their work and the essential role HP printers play in their success. When a printer malfunctions, the business owner contacts HP’s 24/7 customer support, allowing them to continue their operations without interruption. By addressing printer downtime, HP aims to empower small business owners to focus on running their businesses and serving their customers. This commitment is captured in the “Consider it done” tagline, reflecting HP’s dedication to reliable and prompt service that resonates with the work ethic of business owners.

Conceptualized by Lowe Lintas and released in nine languages, the campaign films, starring Aparshakti Khurana in the North and R.J. Balaji in the South, depict the pride business owners feel and highlight how HP’s reliable service supports their enterprises.
