Honor 90’s Amazon Availability Confirmed, Display Specifications Unveiled

Honor’s eagerly anticipated return to the Indian smartphone market is generating excitement. The brand has been teasing its first smartphone for several weeks without explicitly revealing its name. Based on leaks and rumors, it appears to be the Honor 90. While the exact launch date for the Honor 90 5G in India is yet to be disclosed, some key details have now surfaced.

The Honor 90 has been confirmed to be available for purchase on Amazon when it is officially launched. Amazon has also set up a dedicated microsite for the upcoming device, unveiling its essential specifications. The smartphone is set to feature a quad-curved screen with slim bezels, offering a 1.5K pixel display resolution, 1,600 nits peak brightness, and DCI-P3 coverage. Additionally, it’s teased to incorporate a 3840Hz dimming feature to reduce eye fatigue. The microsite also confirms that the Honor 90 will run on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13 OS out of the box.

More details about the Honor 90 are expected to be teased by Honor in the days leading up to the launch. The confirmed specifications align with the global variant, which includes a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear panel houses a pill-shaped camera module featuring a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Internally, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is supported by a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

Previous reports suggest that the Honor 90 is set to debut in India on September 21st and will be priced below the Rs 35,000 price segment in the country.
