Google is considering simplifying the process of cleaning up Gmail accounts on Android

Google is reportedly working on adding a “Select All” button to Gmail on Android devices, making it easier for users to manage their emails.

This feature, already available on the desktop version of Gmail, allows users to select multiple emails at once for actions like deletion or archiving.

The feature is said to be rolling out gradually to Android users and may not be immediately available to all.

It’s expected to be available on Android 14 (beta) and Android 13, improving the email management experience for Android users who often have to select emails individually or customize swipe controls for various functions.
