Britzo Communications’ QMS Achieves

Britzo Communications, with innovation as its heart of operations, on its launch of India business, today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system. This early adoption shows company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, focus on quality, and performance of products. Very few industrial companies worldwide have so far been certified in line with the updated standard of ISO.
An ecstatic, Pradipto Ganguly, CEO & Co- Founder at Britzo Communications said, “Britzo has reached a new benchmark by achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification for QMS. We believe that achieving this certification will enable us to confidently address Indian market, and opens up more addressable markets going forward.
Britzo plans to launch its first handset under the brand name iVVO in Q1 2018 and aims to bring Next Level Technology to make feature phones smarter, giving a better experience to the customers, alongside ensuring peace of mind at the customers end with focus on customer service.
