The annual program, themed “Carnival,” featured a vibrant array of activities. Beyond Key employees’ children took part in family-friendly activities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for them. Team members participated in a range of activities that fostered cooperation and team building.
With their captivating performances, the in-house SIG Music Group and SIG Dance Group raised the entertainment factor. The audience was treated to a delightful display of talent from both children and employees, which added a personal touch to the celebration.

Beyond Key has seen an impressive 40% revenue growth in the last year, demonstrating its resilience and success in a competitive market. The team has also grown significantly in the last two years, with a remarkable 55% increase. Furthermore, the gender diversity initiative yielded positive results, with the female employee ratio increasing by 6%.
The event also honored long-term employees by recognising their dedication and service milestones of 5, 10, and 15 years. The celebration continued into the evening with a lively DJ session, creating a joyful and celebratory atmosphere.
Heartbeats 2023 ended on a delicious note, with a spread of delectable food and snacks for all attendees. Beyond Key used the festivities to thank its employees, their families, and partners for their ongoing support and dedication.
