Balaji Rajagopalan to lead the Technology & Channels Business at Xerox India

Balaji Rajagopalan, Executive Director, Technology, Channels & International Distributor Operations , Xerox IndiaXerox India, a part of Xerox Corporation, the global leader in business process and document management, today announced Balaji Rajagopalan as the new Executive Director-Technology, Channels and International Distributor Operations, Xerox India. Balaji replaces Vipin Tuteja who has decided to pursue his professional career outside of Xerox.

Balaji has been with Xerox for over 30 years, most recently being at the helm of Post Sales Operations at Xerox India, and was responsible for setting up the national service network for Xerox. He held roles as a customer service engineer, in technical support, product training and manufacturing. He played a key role in the launch of the first laser printer and fax machine in India, andΒ  setting up the service organization for the high-end (Production color & mono) printers in India. Balaji has also served as a Master Black Belt for Developing Markets including Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East & Africa, supporting Lean Six Sigma deployment.
