Asus to launch a gaming smartphone Asus Rog 3 and gaming laptop Asus TUF A15

Asus, the multinational Taiwanese company, has been making gaming computers and smartphones for quite some while now. Asus released its gaming smartphone back in 2018; it garnered colossal praise and was a success. Though they weren’t able to deliver as much with the Asus Rog 2 device, which was its successor, there have been doubts among the people that they need a gaming smartphone. The gaming industry has changed over the years when so many companies are releasing games that are compatible with smartphones; hence, it seems to be a viable option to play using smartphones. Thus Asus is going to release its new gaming device that is the Asus Rog 3. Asus Rog phone 3 has been in the news for quite some while some reporting that it will feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. The device was spotted on Chinese regulatory body TENAA where its specification was leaked along with some photos. It will sport a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 6,000mAh battery similar to is predecessors Rog 2. Because of the latest chipset, it will be able to ramp up to frequency 3.091GHz. It will feature up to 16 GB of internal storage coupled with 512GB internal memory. It will have cheaper variants with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage. Asus Rog 3 will have a triple camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary lens and 13 megapixels secondary lens with capability of up to 8x optical zoom. The specifications of the third camera module are unclear. It will be a 5G device with fast charging and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The company has not yet released a launch date for the device; it is expected to hit the markets near the end of July. Asus Rog 3 will also have all the gaming features and cooling technology featured in the previous gaming phones.

Asus is also planning to release its mid-range gaming laptop Asus’ TUF A15. It will come with AMD’s new Ryzen 4000 series, competing with Intel 10th generation chipsets and a 144Hz display and Nvidia graphics. The series starts from Rs 60,999 and goes all the way up to Rs. 94,999. The device is modishly built with and to give users to modify the method by increasing RAM and SSD by themselves. To provide this feature, the chassis of the device can be easily removed to support modification. This 15’ device is comfortable to carry weighing 2.3 Kg, which is not on the heavier side. The laptop offers a full keyboard with backlit keys. Asus’ TUF A15 heat dissipation is useful, and even after several hours of non-stop gaming in Performance mode doesn’t burn up the device. It provides an impressive gaming experience with all the functionality needed for a gaming laptop. Both these devices are fantastic offering from the company looking to make its mark in the gaming industry it will be interesting to see how these products fare in the market with such stiff competition.
