For many, the physical office is disconnected from the digital workflow, causing critical insights and decisions to stall between meetings. Zoom is bridging this divide. Today at InfoComm 2026, Zoom is announcing a new wave of Zoom Spaces innovations designed to turn offices into intelligent AI ecosystems, so conversations, ideas, and momentum remain connected across rooms, screens, and workspaces.
“Every conference room is full of decisions, ideas, and momentum, and until now, most of that intelligence just evaporated after the meeting ended,” said Jeff Smith, head of Product, Workplace at Zoom. “We built Zoom Rooms with AI to help organizations capture the context created in conversations and carry it forward into action. These innovations make that intelligence available in every corner of the workplace, with the openness and flexibility our customers demand.”
Built on Zoom’s vision of a system of action, Zoom Spaces helps conversations and decisions captured in physical spaces contribute to smarter experiences across meetings, communications, workflows, and workplace operations.
Intelligence that adapts to the way teams work
Every conversation, decision, and collaboration touchpoint contributes to a more personalized Zoom experience. New Zoom Spaces innovations help organizations transform workplace interactions into actionable intelligence that streamlines workflows, reduces friction, and keeps teams focused on meaningful work.
- AI-first meeting preparation helps teams walk into a room and start collaborating immediately, without manual setup. With AI personalization, Zoom Rooms can detect room occupancy and automatically prepare the space based on the scheduled meeting, optimizing camera framing, room layouts, and connected room settings to match the meeting format. The result is a seamless experience that reduces setup time and helps participants focus on the conversation from the moment they arrive. (Expected in September 2026.)
- Bridge language barriers in real time with Voice translator, which provides real-time translation directly within Zoom Rooms, reducing communication barriers and fostering more inclusive, productive conversations. (Expected in December 2026.)
- See every meeting participant without a complicated setup with AI adaptive camera mode, which automatically detects how many people are in the room and selects the optimal viewing experience: a single framed view for small groups, a combined room-wide and active speaker feed for mid-sized meetings, or a full multi-stream gallery with active speaker focus for larger sessions. The result is a consistent, professional meeting experience across spaces, without anyone having to touch a control. (Expected in September 2026.)
- Capture decisions and action items in real time with My Notes for Zoom Rooms. The in-room controller brings note-taking directly into the in-person experience, keeping follow-up work connected to the meeting where it began. (Expected in September 2026.)
- Move from discussion to visuals faster with an agentic whiteboard. Users can generate a whiteboard based on the context of a meeting, agenda, past discussions, and shared documents. The whiteboard evolves in real time as the conversation progresses, surfacing relevant content and keeping collaboration moving, simply with a user’s voice. (Expected in late June 2026.)
- Transcripts, summaries, and action items are automatically attributed to the right people when used with smart name tags for voice. With enhanced speaker identification, meeting records are clearer about who is speaking. Additionally, more device options are now available with smart name tags for video, including support for Android. (Video enhancements are expected in July 2026, and voice enhancements are expected in September 2026.)
- Launch meetings with greater confidence through voice command enhancements and proactive room intelligence. Zoom Rooms can detect occupancy to streamline meeting starts and workspace experiences, while enhanced voice controls and advanced troubleshooting capabilities deliver real-time issue analysis, post-meeting insights, and faster support resolution. Zoom will also introduce a new hardware certification category for occupancy sensors. (Expected in September 2026.)
Extending workplace intelligence across every space
By connecting physical environments through a unified platform, organizations can create more seamless and productive employee experiences wherever work happens.
- Transform office displays into live, intelligent communication channels with Zoom Digital Signage Plus, a premium offering that brings organizations’ complete digital signage needs into a single, unified platform with AI-assisted admin management and content creation. (Beta expected in September 2026.)
- Bring your own Zoom enables co-working providers to offer personalized workspaces at scale. Guests on the “allow list” can securely sign in to their own Zoom account and instantly access a customized Zoom Rooms meeting experience from a shared workspace. (Expected in September 2026.)
- See in-room participants clearly, with Intelligent Director. With support for more flexible camera placements, including side-wall installations, Intelligent Director makes it easy to optimize coverage across a wide range of spaces, creating a more equitable experience for remote and in-room attendees. Every participant in the room is seen from their best angle. (Expected in late June 2026.)

Choice and flexibility across the workplace ecosystem
New innovations help organizations deliver consistent collaboration experiences across environments while maintaining flexibility, simplicity, and freedom of choice.
- Leverage Zoom’s AI-first Zoom Rooms and Meetings experience on Cisco hardware. Native Zoom Rooms are expected to be available on a wide range of compatible Cisco devices, with additional hardware support on the way, letting customers maximize their existing equipment investments. (Currently inbeta.)
- Connect distributed teams through immersive, lifelike 3D interactions with Google Beam for Zoom. Zoom for Google Beam will be available as a native Zoom conferencing platform on HP Dimension for Google Beam, bringing the Zoom collaboration users love and its capabilities to 3D communication experiences. (Expected in H2 2026.)
- Deploy and manage professional AV environments at scale with Custom AV enhancements. Expanded configuration options for NDI® and Dante, as well as new gallery layout customization with assigned seating, provide integrators greater flexibility while delivering high quality collaboration experiences. (Expected in September 2026.)
