Yu Yureka Plus Smartphone Now Available In India @ Rs.9999

Yu Televentures has recently unveiled its third device Yu Yureka Plus in India. While Yureka Plus is expected to be available in its first flash sale through Amazon on July 24 at 12 pm, the registration for it has already begun. Priced at Rs. 9999, the mid-range phone claims to be a next-generation version of its Yu Yureka handset.

Yu Yureka Plus sports a 13.97cm (5.5-inch) HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Powered by a 64 bit 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa core processor, the phone offers 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which can be further expanded to 128GB via microSD. Backed by a 2500mAh battery, the device is touted to deliver almost 210 hours of standby time.

The phone is expected to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop based Cyanogen Operating System. It features a 13 MP rear camera along with 5MP front facing camera which promises 71 degree field of view. Its connectivity options include 3G, 4G (CAT 4, including TDD-LTE, Indian 4G bands), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

Interestingly, the device also comes with a proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and ambient light sensor.
