Xiaomi has an exclusive tie-up with online retailer Flipkart for the sale of its smartphones in India, though the company has experimented with selling the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G via Airtel’s physical stores.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 (16GB internal storage) and Redmi Note 4G are available at their usual price of Rs. 19,999 and Rs. 9,999 respectively.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the company’s MIUI 6 skin on top. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz alongside 3GB of RAM. The smartphone comes in two storage variants 16GB and 64GB (eMMC 5.0), though it seems The Mobile Store has only the former in stock.

The Mi 4 sports the same 5-inch full-HD display (1080×1920 pixels) found on the Mi 3; although this time the company has used a JDI OGS full lamination display.

There is a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera on the Xiaomi Mi 4, with both sporting Sony’s stacked CMOS sensors. The smartphone is backed by a 3080mAh Li-ion battery.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G runs on a quad-core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU coupled with 2GB of RAM, and is a single-SIM device. It comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and MIUI v5 skin.

The Redmi Note 4G comes with a 5.5-inch 720×1280-pixel IPS LCD screen and features 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash as well as a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is powered by a 3100mAh batteries with support for fast charging.

The Redmi Note 4G features 8GB built-in storage and microSD card slot for expansion, with support for cards up to 64GB. Connectivity options include GPRS/EDGE, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and hotspot functionality, Bluetooth 4.0, a Micro-USB port with OTG support, and A-GPS.
