Woodfield Systems International Acquires 100 year old British Engineering Business; To invest $100Mn to enhance India’s Fluid & Gas Management Capabilities

 Woodfield Systems International (WSI), a leader in the design and manufacture of customized bulk gas and fluid management solutions, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of business of Woodfield Systems Ltd. UK, a British engineering and manufacturing business with a legacy spanning over a century.

This strategic acquisition will see taking ownership of the global business of Woodfield Systems Ltd UK, a symbol of century old British engineering expertise and excellence. The synergy between Woodfield Systems UK’s technical mastery and the extensive industry experience of WSI’s leadership team will substantially elevate the company’s offering and its position, across the world.
