Vivo V30e Display and Camera Details Leaked Ahead of India Launch

Rumors suggest that Vivo is preparing to introduce the Vivo V29e’s successor, potentially named the Vivo V30e, to the Indian market soon, with a speculated launch in August this year. The Vivo V30e would join the recently launched Vivo V30 and V30 Pro smartphones in India. While Vivo has yet to confirm any details, leaks regarding the display and camera specifications of the Vivo V30e have surfaced ahead of its anticipated launch.

According to reports from 91 Mobiles, the Vivo V30e is expected to feature a 3D curved display and boast a remarkably slim profile. Notably, it is rumored to be the thinnest smartphone to incorporate a 5,500 mAh battery. Additionally, leaks suggest that the rear camera setup of the Vivo V30e will include a Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. The smartphone is also said to feature the signature aura light, similar to the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro models.

The Vivo V30e is anticipated to be available in two color variants: “Blue Green” and “Brown Red.” Interestingly, leaked images indicate a departure from the rectangular camera module design seen in the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro, with the Vivo V30e sporting a circular camera module located at the top left corner of the device.

Earlier reports suggest that the Vivo V30e could be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. It is expected to run on the Android 14-based FunTouchOS operating system.

While details about the pricing of the Vivo V30e remain undisclosed, the pricing of its predecessor, the Vivo V29e, may provide some insights. The Vivo V29e was launched in India in August 2023 in two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB. The starting price for the phone was Rs 26,999, with the 256GB model priced at Rs 28,999. Therefore, it is speculated that the Vivo V30e could be priced similarly in India, likely under Rs 30,000.

In this price range, the Vivo V30e is expected to compete with other smartphones such as the iQOO Z9, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, and the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G.

In summary, the Vivo V30e is poised to offer advanced features, including a 3D curved display, impressive camera capabilities, and a sleek design, making it a compelling option in the mid-range smartphone segment. With its anticipated launch in India, Vivo aims to further expand its portfolio and cater to the evolving needs of consumers in the country’s competitive smartphone market.
