Vivo has announced its flagship X90 and X90 Pro smartphone models

The most recent flagships in the vivo X-series are now available and provide numerous improvements over their forerunners. The MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset powers the vivo X90 and X90 Pro, which feature outstanding cameras and lightning-fast charging times.The displays on the new X90 models are 6.78 inches in size, curved, and have QHD+ resolution and 120 hertz refresh rates. The panels provide 10-bit colours and can produce a peak brightness of 1,300 nits.

The 50MP Sony IMX866 with an f/1.75 lens and OIS is the camera that stands out on the X90. A 12MP Sony IMX663 ultrawide module and a second 12MP IMX663 with a 2x optical zoom are both present.

Similar to the Pro+ model, the X90 Pro now has a 1-inch Sony IMX989 primary sensor with a large f/1.75 aperture. Additionally, you receive a 48MP ultrawide camera with a Sony IMX598 sensor and two telephoto modules: a 50MP IMX758 portrait lens (equivalent to 50mm) and a 64MP periscope module with an equivalent lens of 90mm and a 3.5x optical zoom as well as an up to 100x digital zoom. Additionally, the X90 series features Vivo’s proprietary V2 ISP technology for superior low-light photography.

A 4,810 mAh dual-cell battery powers the vivo X90, while a 4,870 mAh battery powers the X90 Pro. Both phones support wired 120W charging. If you have the exclusive vivo 50W wireless charger on hand, the X90 Pro also receives the benefit of 50W wireless charging. OriginOS 3 handles the software side.

The Vivo X90 is available in black, blue, and red. Pricing for the 8/128GB trim starts at CNY 3,699 ($518) and rises to CNY 4,999 ($700) for the 12/512GB version. The Vivo X90 Pro is offered in black and red. The entry-level 8/256GB model costs CNY 4,999 ($700), while the top-of-the-line 12/512GB model costs CNY 5,999 ($840). Pre-orders for the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro have already started in China, and general sales will commence on December 6. Pricing and availability for other countries will be specified later.
