Valentine’s Day deals: Get 10% cashback on Honor View 10 and Honor 7X smartphones

It is Valentine’s Day and the discounts are pouring in. While some of you may not necessarily have a reason to celebrate this day but extra discount doesn’t hurt anybody, right? Major smartphone brands including Apple, Samsung, Google, Vivo are all offering some kind of discount or the other. And now joining the club is Huawei’s sub-brand Honor which is, however, extending the offers for Valentine’s week.

This offer is valid from February 14-20 and only valid for ICICI Bank credit card holders.

Both the Honor 7X and the View 10 were launched in December last year at a starting price of Rs 12,999 and Rs 29,999 respectively.

Talking about the Honor 7X first, the device comes in two storage variants. The 32GB inbuilt storage version comes at Rs 12,999 and the 64GB inbuilt storage model is priced at Rs 15,999.

In terms of specs, the Honor 7X has a 5.93-inch ‘FullView’ display with full HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) IPS screen. Powering the device is the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor paired with 4GB RAM. It runs EMUI 5.1-based on Android 7.0 Nougat and is backed by a 3340mAh battery. For imaging duties, the device has a dual rear camera setup of 16MP and 2MP sensor for depth recognition and Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF). On the front, it has an 8MP camera for selfie enthusiasts.
Moving on to the Honor View 10, this handset is the first artificial intelligence-based smartphone from the company, which makes it the USP of the device. It has AI-based Vision Engine that is claimed to enhance the image resolution of low quality picture and also comes equipped with Easy Talk AI technology that is claimed to distinguish the user’s voice from other noise during a conversation and helps reduce noise levels.

As for the other specs, it has 5.99-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2160 pixel resolution of 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by company’s own Kirin 970 processor coupled with 6GB RAM. Backed by a 3750mAh battery, it has 128GB internal storage and runs Android 8.0 Oreo topped with EMUI 8.0. It also has a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 16MP RGB sensor and a 20MP monochrome sensor. On the front, there is a 13MP camera.
