V-Moda unveils First 3D printed headphones

Premium audio accessories maker V-Moda has launched three new v-modain-ear headphones. Part of the company’s Forza series, the three in-ear headphones are Forza, Forza Metallo and Forza Metallo Wireless.

According to V-Moda, the USP of the headphones is that they feature “world’s first jewel-grade 3D printing customization of in-ears.”

The Forza in-ear headphones come with customized 3D-printed caps. These are similar to the custom plates that are available for V-Moda’s over-the-ear headphones. The earcaps are available in different material options such as Gold and Platinum.

The first collection of 3D caps features Milanese designs, Steam Punk, V-MODA Logo, Lion Head and more. The cap materials range from platinum (starting at $7,500), 14k gold (starting at $2,500), gold-plated (starting at $250) and the newly developed HD Acrylic (starting at $40). The HD Acrylic caps cost $20 when bought with earphones.

The entry level Forza in-ear headphones’ pair is priced at $100. It’s available in Black, White and Orange colour options. The Forza Metallo carries a price tag of $130 and comes in Gunmetal Black and Rose Gold colour variants. Lastly, Forza Metallo Wireless is priced at $170 and is available in Gunmetal Black colour.

All three in-ear headphones can be purchased from V-MODA.com and authorized resellers.
