Unlocking the Future with AI: An Exclusive Interview with Deepanshu Chauhan, CEO of Delta IT Network

In a rapidly transforming technological era, AI is not just a buzzword—it’s becoming the backbone of innovation across sectors. At the forefront of this revolution is Delta IT Network, a growing tech player with a sharp vision for AI adoption and nationwide expansion. In an exclusive conversation, Deepanshu Chauhan, CEO of Delta IT Network, opens up about the challenges, opportunities, and strategic roadmap for the company’s AI journey and broader goals for 2025.

AI Implementation & Customer Challenges

IT Voice : Thank you very much, sir, for giving your time for the interaction. Since you were talking about AI, I wanted to know—what are the biggest challenges you’re currently facing in deploying AI-based solutions?
Mr.Deepanshu Chauhan: AI is still a relatively new offering for many customers, so acceptability is a major hurdle. Unlike other IT products where customers know what they want and simply ask for it, with AI, there’s still uncertainty. Most customers aren’t fully aware of how AI can affect their roles and businesses.

So when we approach them, the first step is to educate them—why AI is important, how it can improve productivity, and how it will optimize their business outcomes. Once the customer understands the potential, there’s no going back. But getting to that point requires time and trust.

AI Trends and Industry Applications

IT Voice : What new trends do you see emerging in AI over the next 3 to 5 years, and how is Delta IT Network preparing to incorporate these trends?
Mr.Deepanshu Chauhan: AI is becoming part of everyday operations across sectors—whether it’s data entry roles, BPOs, the automotive industry, or even chemicals. There are no real limitations to where AI can be applied. It’s up to the user to identify how and where AI can best be implemented.

In BPOs, for example, AI can optimize output and reduce manpower for roles that aren’t performance-efficient. In education, we’re already seeing AI-based news anchors. The experience feels very close to human, and that’s only going to improve.

Everyone is exploring AI, and in the next 4–5 years, we expect it to touch nearly every aspect of our daily lives. It’s no longer limited to select domains; it will become a part of how we live and work.

Vision 2025: Expansion & Revenue Growth

IT Voice : Apart from AI, what’s Delta IT Network’s broader vision and strategic focus for 2025?
Mr.Deepanshu Chauhan: As an organization, our immediate goal is to expand our customer base. Currently, we have about 500 active accounts across North India, and we are targeting to increase that to 600–800 accounts.

Geographically, we are looking to expand into Western and Eastern India. The Southern region is part of our long-term plan, but for now, eastern and western regions are our focus. We’re also planning to expand office presence and onboard new talent to support this regional growth.

From a revenue perspective, we’re aiming to reach ₹200 crores in the next financial year. That goal reflects both our ambitions and the market potential we see in AI and IT infrastructure solutions.

Conclusion

Delta IT Network, under the leadership of Deepanshu Chauhan, is not just embracing AI—it’s democratizing access to its benefits for businesses of all sizes. With a firm emphasis on customer education, expansion across India, and a revenue target of ₹200 crores, the company is poised to play a significant role in India’s AI-driven future.

As AI adoption accelerates and spreads across industries, visionaries like Deepanshu are leading the charge, making sure no one is left behind in this digital transformation.
